Hard to tell from the video but they look like new hatched mosquito larvae rather than worms, see the large head end?

ya, looks like some sort of larvae. ive had them in my waters b4 but they seem to go away. ive also seen a diff larvae in one of my tanks. ill try to get a pic. they dont seem to be causing a problem, but i would still like to get rid of them. any more info would be greatly appreciated...

this might be planaria,some snail larva or mosquito larva.
