i was just looking at the black glass and saw this really skinny white worm. any one ID? what is it? is a problem? thanks guys

Is it coming out of the rock there? It isn't a problem. Just one of the many scavengers in a healthy tank that was stocked with good live rock. Won't cause any problems.
I have a ton of these come out of my rock at night. They all retract quicly into the rock if they see light though. It's kinda cool that yours come out during the day..
