Worm in his kok?

help guys! Few days a go I noticed one white thread-like on his kok. I just thought some sort of dirt. Then few days later, it increased in number from one to 4. those stuffs come and go. His color is fading especially his balck plum. Though no changes in his appetite. Also he has now blotchy fadings scattered all over his body. There's also this clumping-like thing on his left side thus raising few of his scales.
Hope somebody could help me. Thank you!

Yes it is
It really bothered me because it increases in number and like what I have said it disappear then after few hours those white thing, the encircled one in one of his pic, shows back again.
