Worm like parasite...need identification!

While performing the weekly water change l netted a worm like parasite. I do not know if they are harmless mosquito larvae or a harmful parasites.

Looks like bloodworms.

Just in case, check the anus of your fish and see if the area is swollen.

What stock you have in that tank ?

2 RTC 16'' & 18'' and one 20'' gar. Tank is 550 gallons
