worm things

what is this.i seen like 75 of em on the top of my lid inside the tank where my light is.what should i do what do i do to get rid of em,what are they,can i get rid of em?

try raising the temp. a little bit. it would probably kill the worms and add some salt.

i have aquarium salt in there already.the temp is 83 cuz im breeding them,that is high right?

Are they tiny whitish worms up to a few mm long stuck on the glass, maybe some floating in the water?
If so it sounds like planaria. These are not harmful to the fish but can be reduced by a reduction in feeding and vigorous gravel vac-ing.

I have the same deal from time to time. I usually just do a little water change and clean the tops off.
