Worms in a new tank???

I bought a second hand tank which was leaking, I have now fixed teh leak and left it full for the last two weeks but have noticed there are small white worms in the tank.

How do I get rid of them before I transfer my fish over?

If theyre flaoting around, mainly at the top then theyre larvae. You could look on google about this, but they are good to feed your fish (if they are larvae) I had this when I left a 10 gallon with just water in it for about 2 weeks, they normally appear from stagnant water.
