Worms in my tank!

There's an infestation of worms. I saw one, and then instantly saw another dozen or so. Wtf are these things. Terrible quality photo, but there the brown wavey things to the left. Help please.

Cant see them on my phone, but if they look like little white free swimming worms then they are fine, but it means there is an excess in nutrients in your tank. Increase your water change schedule and watch over feeding.
