Worms problem need HELP !!!!!

sorry if i post this thread wrong but i don't know where to post it as i am new here sorry again but i have a problem with my tank.on my driftwood appeared few things who looks like worms and i don't know what they are and how can i treat them and make them disappear ??? any advice can be very helpful

those are good bacteria build up no worry. if you don't like the look of then put in more water flow or a flag tail.

good bacteria ? it doesn't hurt the fish ? they sometimes scratch on sand and decor and sometimes move the head in different ways and i thought that these worms are the cause if this is not the cause what is the real thing that makes my fish scratch on sand and decor and moving head in different ways ??????????

I get that in my bare bottom tank. Just add a pleco they will clean all that up for you

If your fish are rubbing they may have parasites, but the wood looks ok form the picture there. The fish might have other parasites that are making them 'itch'.
