I have 2 motor's and was looking for opinions on feeding them.

So far doing well on cut up shrimp and sinking pellets, they also scoop up some flakes that I feed dither fish.

Recently heard worms have more protein then shrimp and I should try to feed more worms.

My hesitation is cut up worms are dirtier to use than shrimp.

Any feedback or suggestions on food is appreciated.

Worms are super but should not be an staple diet for rays. But thats just my opinion. I feed my rays worms maybe twice a month not more.

Worms are the Heroin of the ray world, if you feed just worms there is a chance they will stop accepting other foods. Worms are VERY expensive as well unless you intend digging them up or composting them yourself.
Worms are great but should be for a treat only and are also good for gauging a sick ray. If a ray doesn't accept a worm then there is something wrong with the ray!
