While vacuuming my gravel today I started seeing all these small, tiny worms...

I have not seen any change in my fish and so I am trying to figure out what they are, and where they came from, as there have been no new additions to the tank, and I don't feed any live food. The tank has also been up for approximately a year.

It runs with an u/g filter with two powerheads, a fluval 306, and a hob as well.

I only feed varied pellet food to the green terrors. As I said, I have seen no change in their behavior or appetite.

They appear to be living in the gravel...Is this some kind of parasite?...If so, what should I treat with?

If not a parasite, how do I get rid of them?

Thanks so much for all thoughts, hints, ideas and suggestions...

Look like detritus worms.

they will not hurt your fish but we do not like them, remove there food supply and they will go away, clean water, feed no more than your fish eat, and do a good vacuum every time you change your water.
