Do you feed any of these listed below ? What are good for your Cichlids and what is not ?

Mealworms
Mealworms
Superworms
Superworms
Waxworms
Red Wigglers
Nightcrawlers
Frozen Pinkies
Frozen Fuzzies

Also what is better to feed brine shrimp or bloodworms ?

everything is okay to feed except fuzzies and pinkies of mice or rats. Fish can't digest the mammal meat.

Everything except the mice, I would say. It's tougher meat that their tracts are usually not equipped to adequately handle, especially not as a staple.

Depends on the type of cichlids. deep water cichlids eat less insect i would guess than the ones that live in shallow water. All I know is that my cichlids love earthworms.

I feed fishing worms, but they are organically grown- and red wigglers are pretty much the same, but they only reach maybe 2 inches max.

i feed micro worms to my convict fry,
and night crawlers and red wigglers to the adults..they love em!

So in what order who you rank them as far as best to worst to feed, if that makes any sense lol.

Mealworms
Superworms
Waxworms
Red Wigglers
Nightcrawlers

In all reality worms of any sort shouldnt be fed soley. Just like feeding Hikari Cichlid Gold as a staple with no variety for an Oscar isn't ideal it's entire life. With the list above, if fed in a variety along with some commercial foods (Hikari, NLS, Omega One, etc.) there isn't a "bad" worm you shouldn't feed.
