I feed my rays blackworms and eartworms and frozen shrimp.Is it better to feed the african nightcrawlers that don't need refrigeration or store bought nightcrawlers that you have to keep cold?I am going to bulk order and can get both,which is better or are they the same to the rays just food.Thanks in advance..........
