The two big lines are scratches but if you look close there are tiny white things crawling on the plants

Planaria worms.

Excessive feeding and decaying organic matter.

Up the water changes. Feed less

No harm to the fish, hese worms, beyond signs that water is not in tip top condition.

Alright, lol I found some sticks outside so I gues it's cause of that but I boiled it so idk, so if I keep up on water changes they go away?

You could also soak any new plants in a mild solution of Potassium Permanganate in water. This makes them aquarium safe. There is some info on this in the planted tank section I believe. Or if you post there asking how the members in that forum will help you out with more detailed information. This is a general FYI about introducing new plants to a tank. The worms are harmless.
