Actually its not a disease but i post it here..Recently i found some small white worms in my tank from uneaten food after half a week i guess. Found the food under a wood and some worms.. Can they harm my fish or plants? How to treat and remove them?

Could be detritus or planaria. Usually seen when leftover food in the tank that’s not been cleaned up. Post some pics.

This look like planaria.

Harmless. Keep cleaning and vacuuming.

It is kinda hard to clean the tank because my striata try to eat my fingers and usually bites the vacuum cleaner :D i m trying to. Recently i added some new plants woods etc maybe they transferee from there i dont know. I saw at google that it is wise to not feed my fish for 3-4 days

If is not Planaria and it is detritus will be harmful?

Either aren’t harmful. Get some gloves and see if that helps with the striata.
