I think its ICH or Fish Lice. Noticed a lot of white spots all over the body about the size of grain of salt. Kinda looks like she just been sprinkled with salt. She seems to be scratching her body on the sand, an doing a rolling scratching. She's eating fine I have had her for over two years now. I have seen it in the past but didn't think much cause she had white spots around her nose when I first got her. I think its ICH but not sure.

Well, they aren't really carriers of crypt, so I'd rule that out. Might be some type of copepod, but you'd have to see it under a slide to get the right meds if that is indeed what you're up against.

Is it something on the denticles, or is it denticles coming off to make it look like white specs?

It looks like dead skin almost but I really can't say if the its something on the denticles, or if the denticles coming off. What could I use to cure? Like I said she's had it on her face for awhile now it's just coverd her whole body. She's never really showed any change in how she acts.
