Found a pleco(8 inches) on the ground, dried up. Threw him back in the tank, he survived, his fins rotted off but regrew and he got up to at least 13 inches.

11/8/2018 I found this piece of tail caught in one of our mechanical filtration uptakes. Not Leonardo's worse injury.
Picture taken tonight shows his tail growing back nicely. The red blood vessels will eventually be covered with white, and eventually there will only be white at the ends of his tail which will then turn dark.
