Though really, water parameters can be perfect in a "dirty" tank like that.

Hmmm I could see a sticky labeled "Worse Aquarium Set Ups Seen In The Hobby"..than members just constantly post pics of tanks that look terrible or more importantly not suited for the health of the live stock
