I have a 90g with 1 3.5" chocolate, 2 2" geo red head tapajos, and a 2" geo altrifron. Would there be any major problem if i added 3 wc 3.5" geo red head tapajos. i know some aggression but could i do it?

I don't think that an inch and a half in size will be a big deal, especially since the red heads aren't an aggressive species. I think they'll be fine 
If your group was heavy in males, I would expect the smaller males to get picked on... If it was heavy on females, I think they would be side tracked by the girls enough to not focus on the boys...
