i thought i might add a common brown cray to my tank. iv got 2 banjo catfish, one is 3" the other is 4.5". do you guys think the cray would ever be able to actually eat or seriously injure one of them? banjos are pretty much purely nocturnal so i doubt the cray would be able to sneak up on them at night when i might assume crays do their hunting.

given the lazy nature of banjos, I wouldn't recommend putting a crayfish in with them

No just don't add one because eventually the banjos will eat him

Adding the crayfish would just be a headache. Keep what you got.

well i cant see the banjos ever eating a crayfish. they just won't be able to get that big. and i cant see a banjo not thrashing around if it got pinched.... they might act dead most of the time but believe me, when they want to get up and move they can act like a little bull.

I know crayfish are the assasins of the fresh world

wow. that bad huh? okay, ill cry uncle... no crayfish with my banjos :) i do appreciate all the help by the way
