.. and for the most part the female still stayed pretty mellow right from a tiny inch baby ...she is about 6 inches now... the male was always aggressive but i did not raise him from a juvie..

sound be fine in that size tank. especially cause they are small

It's always best to try to raise fish together from when there small. But once their adult there is no for sure way to predict what wiil happen. So will your jag kill your other fish maybe. Could it, most probably since they are capable.

Its ok your TSN will probably outgrow and eat the jag and everyone else before the jag can kill the others haha. Just saying watch the TSN as it puts some size on.

I think all will be ok if they grow up together....my fish seem to get along well, however the aggression is still there and fights do break out every once in a while....

Dont want to get this thread off track, but whats the average growth rate for a Jag?
1'' a month?

I need some bottom dwellers to fill out the tank, if the TSN gets too big too quickly, what should I put in there..

I guess I could try a small shoal of pictus.. but wouldnt they be too small.
