So right now i have a 55 gallon set-up with a few small fish. The stock includes-

1 palmas bichir-6 inches
1 Gold sev- 3 inches
1 jardini aro-4 inches
1 stone fish-5 inches
1 clown knife-6 inches

So jardini's get mean sometimes at a certain length but mine has already started and he's chasing the gold sev which my fiance loves because its got a birth defect so he's going no where. Now I went to the lfs today and they have a 10 inch royal clown knife fish for $50. I'm thinking I could trade my jardini for it or ask them to get me a smaller one for a trade. I have a upgrade tank for them which is a 150 gallon.
What would you do?

Well the jardini will probly be gone within a week. All my fish are still small so im not worried and the filters i have for the 150 are pond grade filters that are work horses

This is what I would do, leave the sev and palmas in the 55g. Then upgrade the jar and the knife to the 150g. I wouldn't keep the stone fish since it not going to work with your set-up long term because I'm pretty sure its brackish.

i dont think you are over stocked just make hiding place for the fish and see what happens if you still have your 55 put the jardini in it but if you dont then you could trade it.

idk what species of lionfish it is but its doing very well. I know how jars can be aggression wise which is why im worried because the aggression has started already at 5 inches.
