I've been keeping Discus mostly Tefe Green & Angles for about 20 years. About 1 1/2 years ago I was given 2 Uaru to grow out for a friend, Discus on steroids! I started looking more and more at big fish, this led me to start looking at flowerhorns but I found some of them too gaudy, like costume jewelry of the fish world (no offense meant to anyone). Long story short, I found A. Trimaculatus love at first sight, had to have one. So six months ago I set up a 110 and bought one. Is it pure? I don't know. But I like the way it looks too bad there isn't an AKC registration for fish. I also have two Green Terrors which I find to be very attractive and not nearly as aggressive as there press releases would lead you to beleave, killer looks though.This is a Great Site and I have learned alot about these fish reading the posts. Thank you all for providing great info.
