I am going to be stocking a massive pond in my Garage it's a 3 car garage and one section (one car section) will have a big pool that I will stock with catfish will there be fights between RTC or TSN if I have more than one of each ? This pond will not be stocked until like a half a year from now because my current RTC is in a grow-out tank I would just like to know in advance before I buy another catfish. If not i will just stock it with one RTC and my Silver Arowana

Not as likely. it only seems to be when they're younger for dominance or territory. I guess once they figure out who's the boss, everything is OK.

I have only placed them together in my large aquarium. I have had no issues with the three together for the past several years. The largest is dominant and always has been but does not attack the smaller 2. I have great no sight lines and 9 foot deep tank which all helps.

I think the size of the aquarium/pond determines how compatible they will be together.

What are the dimensions of the tank you are building?

I believe it's when they are smaller they fight with anything for territory. I had a 7" rtc kill a 7" Oscar for its hiding place.
