would the following stock be okay?

in my 55 i wanna put:

4 blue rams
2 bolivian rams
2 golden rams
2 flame dwarf gourami
1 neon blue dwarf gourami
3 spotted cory cats

??? is this okay???

I don't see why not. If possible, I would try to watch the m/f ratio with the blue rams but otherwise it seems like a pretty decent stocking. You might want to add a few more corys even.

Thats a fine and dandy stocking. Just provide a nice bio-type along with a tad more cory's and you have a lovely tank.

Dwarf gouramis are much less aggressive than most other gouramis and a 55g, esp. planted, should give them plenty of room to find their own space. If you add tetras avoid the smallest ones or you might lose them to the rams. You can also mix many of the types of corys so if you wanted you could use 3 spotted or peppered and 3 skunk corys to bring up the #s enough to make them comfortable.
