Looing to buy a few more fish to lived up my 72g tank.

Was wondering if any of these fish would be ok in there with a 6'-7' Delhezi bichir..?

- Jade Goby
- BGK (Black Ghost Knife)
- Tiki Jack Dempsey
- Pike Cichlid
- Bushnose Pleco (Bristlenose pleco?) (My LFS has it listed as Bushnose Pleco)
- E. B. Alhi

Keep in mind im not going to add them ALL, maybe two of the list if they are compatable with the Bichir.. I am epecially interested in the Jade Goby.

These are just some of the fish i may be interested in adding. They are listed here as they were in the store, if the name is incorrect, don't blame me.

I havent bought any yet, wanted you guys' approval first.

I know plecos have a tendacy to suck the slime coat from bichirs, but i am willing to add the bristlenose(bushnose) in with the bichir, as i have heard/seen nothing but good news about them being together.

So...?

I wud say try which every fish you want and see how it goes, just rem big fish eat small fish, I have had a B/ghost with my polys and they were fine, try out the combination that you want and see what happens, There are allot of ppl that say certain fish dont mix, if you never try you will never no if it works for you,Sometimes if you lucky it will work for you. Goodluck

My biggest problem is the Jade Goby trying to eat the bichir. The bichir is still small, as in thin, but long, would the goby try anything?

Also would it be better the get 2-3 of them, or just 1?

1 BGK should be fine.

Cool, i'll have to pick up a BGK then when my next check comes. Dunno if theyre overpriced ($35.00), the Gobies are $5.00, ill pick up one of those, one bushnose (believe me, if i see anything happen, ill remove it right away), and ass soon as my next check, ill buy a BGK.

Funny thing is i wanted a tank with a few bottom dwellers and a few top water swimmers.. guess i only like bottom dwellers though...

definitely overpriced. I can get a 4" here at $6.40

I'm not sure about the pike cichlid. i'm pretty sure it would work if they're tne same size.
