Would these guys do OK with Oscar's, Severums and Tigrinus?

Sure, in a large enough tank. With multiple oscars, severums, and a jumbo cat like a tig, I''d say around a 300+ gallon would be needed. Though they do only get to about 6", so at some point the Tig might be large enough to eat them.

Tank space and Tigrinus cat will be the eventual problem.

+1 to big tank for that to work.

Also, doesn't take much to push red heads around ime, you'd also need the Oscar(s) to want to play nice. I had guianacara with mine for a while and even the guianacara pushed them around a bit. They get along great with sevs ime.
