Would this be good for a 10 gallon planted shrimp tank?

I have heard good things about flourite, never used it.

Usually shrimp tanks are low tech...because the "plants" they use are...you can get away with pretty minimal lights and substrate if you just want a "shrimparium"...any experienced shrimpers out there want to talk?

Sorry, I should have elaborated a bit more. I wanted to do kind of a shrimp and iwagumi tank at the same time.

yeah, that will work just fine. i use flourite in both of my shrimp tanks. the only thing i'm not sure about is that i've never done diy co2 on such a small tank.
