just wondering if i can put a Gar in with a aro , tiger fish, jagar cat , and brichirs all fish are in the tank now and are happy . The gar would be the new fish in the tank ? I have seen pictures of then together in tanks but just wondering if they live happy together .??? any thoughts .

I have seen setups with very similar stock before and everyone got along fine, as long as they have the room. What size tank? This will obviously not work in smaller tanks.
The Aro will need a larger tank as an adult, and the gar (depending on which one you get) will most likely need a larger tank. If by Tiger Fish you mean Datnoid, it should be fine in there. Bichirs (not brichirs) should be fine as well. No idea what's jagar cat, got a scientific name or any other common names?
no sorry no scientific name for jagar cat . just a catfish that grows about 13 to 15 inches.
