Would this be overstocking

Hi I have a 45 gallon tank and was thinking about having Central Americans would this list be overstocking.

.blood parrot
.firemouth
.6 tiger barbs
.pimeledella pictus
.bristlenose pleco

just wanted to know I'm really worried about overstocking
