I would like to know if this sounds like to many fish for this setup. I am unsure.
Water volume: 8 foot wide 26 inch deep cylinder so about 800 gallons.
The usual mechanical and biological filtration with U.V. and 1.8 times turn over an hour, 30% water change weekly.
Here are the fish that will go into it and there sizes when fully grown.

4: Megaladoras uranoscopus: Max length 29 inches
1: Albino channel cat: max length 28-36 inches
3: Koi: max length 36 inches
4: Oscars: max length 12-15 inches
1: TSN x Leiarius hybrid: max length 36-48 inches (true max size I can't find)
