Would this be ok as a growout, will the aro eat the Jags, i will have 5 jags until they confirm a pair, then take the other 3 out.

5 jags 2"
2 Clarias Batrachus 3"
1 Silver Aro 6"

Will it be ok, will the jags escape from the aro?, im planning on lots of plants and stuff..

Are you growing the jags and aro for different tanks? When the jags pair up, they'll probably raise hell on the aro if the tank's not big enough. As for now, how big's the tank? If it's big enough, with enough places for the jags to hide, it should be fine, the jags will grow quick. Besides, that would still be a difficult meal for a 6" aro.

Yes i am asking, if the silfer is big enough, can i keep it with a pair of Jags?

But is the 100 gallon the growout, or permanent tank? If permanent, no way. The aro shouldn't even be in there permanently due to it's size. If that is the case, I'd just stick with the jag pair. It is a perfect tank for them. If it's a growout, I don't see a problem. A lot will depend on the individual jags, though.

How long you going to keep them in there that aro will also grow faster than the jags. But i agree the aro probably will not eat them now. But watch if the aro starts a growth spurt.

Ok, the tank is just a growout for the aro, im not crazy or a N00B!

Im maybe thinking of not gettin an aro, the price is way too high and also Iceland is almost bankroped.

The aro won't be able to eat the Jags. I wouldn't get a silver unless you have plans for a pretty big tank when he grows up. Something along the lines of a 300gal. tank for the aro and the pair of jags should be good. If the tank isn't big enough, I'd say that the jags would kill the aro when breeding starts. Good luck.

yea they should be alright for growout for a while, whats the footprint of the 100g? if its a decent size the jags should be alright for life IMO
