1 angle fish 12 cm long
1 Senegal Bichir 13 cm long
have these already, want to add these
1 ruby shark/ red tail shark
1 pitcus catfish
1 rocket gar
1 peppermint pleco
1 snakeskin gourami
1 moonlight gourami
1 pearl gourami
1 gold gourami
1 blue gourami
would that overstock my 55 gallon? I do have an oversized external filter

I learned the hard way, put my Oscar in a 20. then a 36. Then a 75. He was 10" in 9 months. Just a beast. I also invested over 1000$ to give him a large enough home. It will happen, but do everything to avoid it ahead of time. Save you time money and fish health.

Gouramis will tear each other apart. Pearl gouramis are peaceful and can be kept in groups, but the others will probably kill each other.
Snakeskin gourami get big- 8 inches or more.
Rocket gar get too big and will probably tear everything apart.
Red-tailed sharks get aggressive when they get older, and they often won't tolerate any other bottom-dwellers.
Try researching potential fish on seriouslyfish.com, it's a great website and they know what they're talking about.
Also, perhaps consider a schooling fish of some sort instead of trying to pack the tank with that many different species.

In my opinion yes. Also the rocket gar needs a 55 gallon minimum and is a agressive fish and will eat anything that fits in its mouth
I know I know your not going to like me saying this but im getting a 6ft tank next month/soon bacically as soon as I get the money ahaha so all will be going in there :)
