Would this paint be aquarium safe?

I know the Krylon Fusion is safe, but I don't have any of that at the moment. Would this stuff be okay to paint the intake of an AC filter with?

The questions is will it stick to and stay stuck to plastic.

I've used it on plastic before and it stuck very well with a light sanding.

Alright thanks. Ill just pick up some fusion tonight. I kinda want to paint the stupid baby blue intake of my XP1. Looks terrible against a black background.

I had to paint my PVC DIY intake for my AC 70 with Krylon Fusion. I have no complaints....
