I have a 180 with a 16" cichla. mono.,20" l.marmoratus,10" royal plec., 8" pime. panteneiro ive been give the first dibs on a very nice flowerhorn, i think its female and btween 10 & 12" will it work? should i do it, oh n its only 40$

There's no way to know for sure. But if it's a female and with your tank being a 180g you have a good chance..

I agree, only putting it in the tank will really prove it. I have several that are fine with tankmates, but most are not tolerant of tankmates at all. A 10-12" female is a beast of a girl, I would like to see a picture of her.
