dont really know the temperment of Rotkiel's but seen some today and wondered if they are good to go in my 125 with my female festea

I think the rotkiels would be pretty hard up. I wouldn't try it. In my experience rotkiels aren't the toughest of fish.

so what could go in with her?
i think shes bi-polar cause she done killed 2 tankmates after looking like they were gettin along then her personality just switched

A male festae is probably your only option as far as cichlids go. You could try a big catfish or two.

I would not put a single fish in there no matter what type I think it will be a victim. Try adding 2 bottom dwellers or another cichlid with a divider.

Croc 2-3 that's a contradiction. Did you mean wouldn't put a single cichlid no matter what type?

Maybe another female Amphilophus species such as a red devil? Or maybe a tough vieja of some sort? IDK...just throwing out ideas. What were the 2 tankmates that she killed?

I had a Rotkeil for a short time in with my Festae and she didn't look twice at it...but the Loisellei loathed it.

i dunnno... sevs can be a bit tougher than they look
if your festae is smaller than the sevs it might work out. the tank seems large enough. try moving around the decoration so that new territories have to be established.
