Would you keep this crab as a pet?

It's a freshwater, semi-aquatic crab. It's omnivorous, but is mainly a scavenger. It's quite aggressive, but makes a lovely pet. Guinotia dentata:

With a proper set-up, sure. ...I kind of want one, it looks really cool.

Yes, especially if you could provide it's current environment. I would make sure I had a long enough tank to give this crab ample space, while I cleaned it's home.

It would be great if they live where you are and could mimic it's conditions in a space outdoors. Seal the area in the yard, with strong wire fencing that has small enough holes that predators could not get to it.
