Lets say if you got 10 gallons of water to fill your new pond for every gallon of aquarium water you gave up, would your trade all your tanks for a really nice pond with the works?(you can't own any more aquariums)

Only thing your limited on is size of your pond, all additions you could want within reason (waterfalls, filtration, heating, etc.) are included with the pond.It can be tropical, koi, natives, whatever just not a SW pond.

Also don't factor in whether or not you have a place to put a pond 10x the size of the sum of your tanks, its a free pond you'll find a place :D

Someone owns a 55 gallon they get a 550 gallon pond,own a 55 and a 75 and you get a 1,300 gallon pond,etc.

I just got the idea because I was looking at some nice tropical pond setups but found myself thinking "thats nice, but I would rather have my 250g where I can see the fish from the side".

I would love to have a pond, but I have no idea where we'd put that large of a pond and we move around a lot, and our plywood tank is about as big as we can get and still be able to move our fishes with us....

If the pond had a window, then hell yes!

I wouldn't just because you would be limited to the time you can spend with it, nighttime, raining, & such. I have a 100 gal. pond that I don't give nearly enough attention to, so much that I gave the fish away

POND well i have rays and u admire then from the top so thats why i want a pond

ponds are cool, but I like seeing my fish from the aquarium perspective
