Would you trust this seal?

I honestly have no idea how old it is, the lights say 2003 on them so Im only assuming the tank itself is 10 years old.
I cant test it anywhere, no basment, no garage, no hard surface to test it outside unless I want the dogs to pee on it.

Second pic is a better look at it. It's like that because some of the silicone you could rub off with your finger, but my dad didnt reseal that one because he thinks it'll do.

I wouldnt... I got a 30l outside that looks like that and it has been going, strong for 2-3 years. Its still up because theres only guppies and outside.

One of my 60 gallons doesn't have any silicone inside and it's been running for a few years lol I'd just go ahead and reseal it since it's empty

Thanks everyone. Its too much of a hassel to reseal, so I think Im going to do a paludarium just so I can sleep a little bit at night
