We have a breeding pair of Jewels in with 2 Oscars and a JD. The jewels rule the tank. Tonight, they were more violent than usual, to the point they had to be removed from the tank. As I siphoned the babies, they atacked the hose, until they realized that I was controlling the hose, then they started to atack me. They are now in a 5 gallon bucket with their babies, a heater and filter. As I was setting up the filter, one of the Jewels, jumped 1' (YES, 1 whole foot) out of the water,l hit my glasses, and fell to the ground. We picked him up, cleaned him off and put him back in the bucket, that now has a cover with weights on it. They will be gone in a couple of days. Duke, they will be your problem.
