I've never kept discus but I've researched them because I've considered keeping them several times. From what I've read (on my local fish clubs forum) the younger discus are the weakest. Our local discus guy does not recomend a novice buying anything smaller than 4". I am by no means saying you're a novice but I don't know how big your discus were and how much experience you have with them. I know the experts will be here soon to try and help.

Can you give me a history of the two that died? Were they eating well, where in the group hierarchy they were, any prior signs of stress leading up to this? What is their diet and how do you perform water changes? Just need some facts to try and solve the mystery.

I feed misyis shrimp and been have some lost I know have lost three more and quit feeding the shrimp and use beafheart and brine an bloodwoorms . My water changes I make a 55gallion bucket prior to change and leves are same just new water

Could have been shells of mysis shrimp blocking intestines in juvies, not as much in larger fish. Brine and bloodworms are not very nutritious, perhaps they slowly got weak (taking a guess here). Try a better diet of beefheart, blackworms (live or frozen), and high quality flakes for long term health.
