I need a 250-300gph(roughly around those numbers) powerhead to give my fish some exercise =].

I've got an AquaClear 700 w/ a rotating attachment that creates a 360 degree water current, as well as a prefilter sponge - runs at 400 GPH.

I'll sell it for $40 - let me know. I know it's a bit expensive but this thing is sort of a modified crazy internal filter/wave maker DiY.

Erm, flow rate can be adjusted from 250-400 GPH, as well as reversing the flow - though I'm not sure how it affects the rotating deflector if you reverse the flow.
