I had a hanging heater and my friend was doing something when I was out of town and dumped it into a bucket full of water. It filled with water and is now no good. I was wondering if anyone near downtown/echo park in LA had a heater they would part with cheaply since they don't use it. Must be 250 watt or more. I'm broke and looking for something for 15 or 20 bucks.
