Looking for bluegills or long ear or even pumpkin seed sunfish. Any local sellers out there? Any1 have some they could ship? Don't think you can go fish for them and take them home here in NY so I won't take my chances but I want some! 11355 help me :]

I think it's legal to keep non-game species in NY. If you're allowed you should just go catch some. It would be easy enough.
 
Idk where you live but i have 2 ponds behind my house with beautiful bluegills and pumpkin seeds. Im in Syracuse
 
i have one from fishing. not sure if its a bluegill or pumkin seed. either way i have seen them in nyc fish markets,s o shouldnt be too hard to find.

i have about 50 baby bluegills that i recently caught in a bait trap. They are already eating flakes and stuff. I could also catch an unlimited amount if you want. Im out in suffolk let me know
