yup lookn for a used canister filter that pumps around 150 gallons and quite.
around socal plz.
my filters went crazy on me there loud as hell. i need a new filter be4 my ears go deaf.

Tong, have you tried cleaning out your impeller and housing? If that doesnt do it, try replacing the impeller. Alot cheaper than replacing the whole filter. Its worth a try.

Yes HOB, hang on back filters have impellers along with just about every other water pump out there. The rubber grommet could be wearing out on the impeller or it could just need cleaning. Best bet would to replace the impellers.

What kind of filter is it Tong? No matter what filter you buy, your going to have to clean it eventually. Just clean the one you have.
