Looking for anyone with Dovii or Geo fry in or around Easter Iowa. PM me with what you have and pricing.

Pet's Playhouse has two juvi. Dovii. You'll have to look hard to find 'em. The dominant male is in a tank at the back of the FW section, on the right hand side, towards the bottom. The other was in with the jags. I don't know if you're looking for fry, or just juveniles, but they have a couple juveniles.

really, I wonder when they came in....I was just there on Saturday and didnt see them...although I was chasing my daughter around so that may have been the reason I missed them....

They're still there. They aren't labeled. I was just looking at them tonight. I had to go in to get a H2O sample tested. The bigger one is on the bottom row, right hand side, against the back wall. The smaller one is on the left side, second row from the back, middle tanks, with all the dead managuense. Ask Nick (tall, goofy, wears glasses) he should be able to point 'em out.

thats intersting...I called there last night and spoke with the owner (Mike) wife....she said she doesnt have any Dovii....maybe she doesnt know what she has....I even told her where you said they were at.....she said their not Dovii, must be something else...I guess ll have to stop in there again.....

They have no clue what they are. I told Nick what they were. He hadn't heard of dovii, but he had heard of wolf cichlids.

thats great....ha ha ha....I asked him a couple weeks ago if they had any Dovii in...he asked what kind I was looking for?....I kinda shrugged and said anykind....I thought I was losing my mind and didnt realize that there were multiple kinds..I thought I just didnt know...I mean they do work at the fish store......anyways....I'm stopping over there to check them out.....thanks for the heads up....

Hey Hawkfish3.0....I went in to Pets Playhouse right after work on Thursday. I saw both fish you talked about. I skipped right past those tanks before because the one was labeled managuense, and since I already have some, I moved along. Guess Ill slow down and look at each tank next time. I bought both of those guys. Nick was funny, kinda acting like he knew something about these guys. I've got them in my tank with my RD/JAG fry. There eating them up like kids eating candy. Anyways, thanks again.

Keep an eye on 'em. When they first came in the bigger one was owning the smaller one. I got Nick's brother Chris to separate them. They both looked good last time I was in. Keep us posted with some pics if you can.
