No. They were Botia sp. Tenasserim River. I have a feeling that the whole "fish smuggling" story is more-than-a-little overblown. There are tropical fish exporters operating in Burma, and the supply of these beauties seems to be trending upward.

Besides, udomritthiruji is really quite easy to remember. It has a certain sing-songy feel. :) "Pardon me boys, is that the udom-ritt-hi-ruji?"

Maybe I can get a discount if I fight the rebel forces. I have a baseball bat and a Swiss Army knife. I can't find my guns. Maybe some children took them.
