WTB filters, heaters for a 30 gallon

I have a thirty gallon I just set up and im going to stock it with some growouts,

anyone have cheap used fitlers and/or heaters that work...heaters of about 100watts or more and filters that can handle a 30 gallon without sucking up 1 inch fish.

i have everything you are looking for all brand new. I got a hang on that can handle up to 60g tank adjustable for under $30.00. 100w heater $12.00 and sponge filters under $10.00
