Anyone selling used hang on back filters. Need it for a 40 gallon tank. Meet up or pick up near by. Please let me know what you have. My old aquaclear 110 just took a dump on me.

Not much can go wrong with an AquaClear 110. Unless the motor burned out, you may just need a new impeller.
The case cracked. Lol. So it started leaking. On top of that the motor makes too much notice. Not worth replacing all the parts.

Damn yea I've had my 110s running forever . I would look up how much a case and motor is on Amazon. turn that thing into a brand new 110 pretty much for under 50 bucks . Tough to find anything better for that price imo.
I have a new AquaClear 110 for $60. A new Emperor 400 for $45. A new Emperor 280 for $30. Lots of used Whisper filters.
Thanks everyone for the offer. I've decided to go the sump route. Should serve better then any hob out there. I'm gonna just super glue my av110 and use it in my hospital tank. Thanks everyone
