I am looking for a male lightening or cobalt blue jack dempsey. Of breeding size and from someone that lives in the Delaware area. But i am interested in having a fish shipped if need be.

Ok ran out of LFS to look at. If they do carry the jack dempsy there fry. Also i can't find any any HRP anywere in my area. This is starting to get frustrating. Now to find some who will ship and prices.

Sounds like you are looking for an electric blue jack dempsey. You are going to have a hard time finding an adult because most die at the 3" mark. those that are able to get them to adult size take special care to get them this size so they will rarely let them go.

If they die at 3", what is breeding size on them. My brother has a 4in one in his tank.
 
Your brother is lucky that is not common. Most EBJD's are steril. The electric blue jean is a recessive trait so they breed two Blue Gean Jack Dempsey together and the get 50% BGJD and 50% EBJD.
