Hey I dont know the legality of it there but you can get a bait net and go out and catch your own natives. Here it is legal with a few stipulations. Its free plus its really rewarding. You can also look up fingerling suppliers/fish stocking companies near you. The ones here have some pretty remarkable variety. Good luck bro!
